How to Brew with your Flavia AROMA

With the Flavia AROMA you can enjoy a wide variety of beverages including coffees, teas, hot cocoa,  lattes, and  iced  drinks. The Lavazza  Momento  line is exclusive to the AROMA brewer enabling a  true  12oz  pour.  The Flavia  Milk Froth  Freshpack  and  Cold Drink  Freshpacks are not compatible with the AROMA brewer.  To make an iced drink,  start with a cup of ice. Then  press the "over ice" button for a  balanced  brew. The over ice feature is only for coffees and teas.

To brew an iced drink with the AROMA  brewer,  start with a cup of ice.   Adjust the cup stand  so  your cup  is close to the brewing chamber  and  then press the "over ice" button  to brew  a concentrated  3oz  pour that delivers proper strength and flavor without dilution. The over ice feature is only for coffees and teas.

Insert a  Lavazza  Latte  Freshpack  into your AROMA  brewer.  Adjust the cup stand  to make sure your cup is close to the  brewing chamber  for rich, even frothing without splatter.  Select the "specialty"  option  to create a creamy, cafe-quality latte at the touch of a button.

Insert a Cocoa Bliss  Freshpack  into  your AROMA  brewer.  Adjust the cup stand  to make sure  your cup is close to the brewing chamber for a frothy top without splatter.  Select the  "chocolate" or  "specialty" option to  craft  a rich, velvety hot cocoa, with a quick stir ready for you to enjoy.

Most beverages brew in about one minute.

The AROMA brewer is designed to minimize noise. Because each  Freshpack  is  its  own brewing chamber, this  eliminates  the need for  external grinding or frothing mechanisms. Although some sound is generated, the overall noise level  remains  low;  making it  appropriate for  offices and shared environments.

The AROMA brewer does not  require  a coffee filter because it is a single-serve machine.  Each  of our  Freshpacks  acts  as an individual brewing chamber. All  coffee and tea  Freshpacks  have their  own built-in filter.

Yes.  The  AROMA  brewer is configured to switch to Energy Saving Mode after 120 minutes (2 hours) of inactivity. When in Energy Saving Mode, all lights, the heater, and the User Interface will turn off  to reduce energy consumption. Pressing any area on the  User Interface or lifting the handle will reactivate the brewer. It will take approximately one minute to be able to brew the first hot drink.

Lavazza provides a limited non-transferable product warranty. Please refer to  the  AROMA  Warranty document found within your AROMA  packaging  or here.
