How do I  brew Hot Chocolate? Insert a Cocoa Bliss  Freshpack  into  your AROMA  brewer.  Adjust the cup stand  to make sure  your cup is close to the brewing chamber for a frothy top without splatter.  Select the  "chocolate" or  "specialty" option to  craft  a rich, velvety hot cocoa, with a quick stir ready for you to enjoy. How long does it  take for  the AROMA  Brewer to brew? Most beverages brew in about one minute. What is the noise level of  the AROMA  Brewer? The AROMA brewer is designed to minimize noise. Because each  Freshpack  is  its  own brewing chamber, this  eliminates  the need for  external grinding or frothing mechanisms. Although some sound is generated, the overall noise level  remains  low;  making it  appropriate for  offices and shared environments. Is a permanent filter included with the AROMA  Brewer, or do I need to buy anything extra? The AROMA brewer does not  require  a coffee filter because it is a single-serve machine.  Each  of our  Freshpacks  acts  as an individual brewing chamber. All  coffee and tea  Freshpacks  have their  own built-in filter.   Does the AROMA  Brewer  feature energy-saving mode or  auto shut-off? Yes.  The  AROMA  brewer is configured to switch to Energy Saving Mode after 120 minutes (2 hours) of inactivity. When in Energy Saving Mode, all lights, the heater, and the User Interface will turn off  to reduce energy consumption. Pressing any area on the  User Interface or lifting the handle will reactivate the brewer. It will take approximately one minute to be able to brew the first hot drink.
