With the Flavia AROMA you can enjoy a wide variety of beverages including coffees, teas, hot cocoa, lattes, and iced drinks. The Lavazza Momento line is exclusive to the AROMA brewer enabling a true 12oz pour. The Flavia Milk Froth Freshpack and Cold Drink Freshpacks are not compatible with the AROMA brewer. To make an iced drink, start with a cup of ice. Then press the "over ice" button for a balanced brew.

How long does it take for the AROMA Brewer to brew?

What is the noise level of the AROMA Brewer?
The AROMA brewer is designed to minimize noise. Because each Freshpack is its own brewing chamber, this eliminates the need for external grinding or frothing mechanisms. Although some sound is generated, the overall noise level remains low; making it appropriate for offices and shared environments.
Is a permanent filter included with the AROMA Brewer, or do I need to buy anything extra?
The AROMA brewer does not require a coffee filter because it is a single-serve machine. Each of our Freshpacks acts as an individual brewing chamber. All coffee and tea Freshpacks have their own built-in filter.
Does the AROMA Brewer feature energy-saving mode or auto shut-off?
Yes. The AROMA brewer is configured to switch to Energy Saving Mode after 120 minutes (2 hours) of inactivity. When in Energy Saving Mode, all lights, the heater, and the User Interface will turn off to reduce energy consumption. Pressing any area on the User Interface or lifting the handle will reactivate the brewer. It will take approximately one minute to be able to brew the first hot drink.
Does the AROMA Brewer come with a warranty?
Lavazza provides a limited non-transferable product warranty. Please refer to the AROMA Warranty document found within your AROMA packaging or here.
Are my Flavia Freshpacks recyclable?
Flavia Freshpacks can exclusively be recycled through the TerraCycle recycling program. To enroll in TerraCycle's Recycle-Your-Freshpack (RYF) program, you can sign up here. Once your account is set up, you will be able to order and pay for your desired RYF boxes.
