How to Send a Flavia E-card
Click a thumbnail image you would like to view and send a card. Click on "Personalize This Card" to proceed. Next, fill in all the required information, including your e-mail address and the recipient's e-mail address and a personalized message. Then click on "PREVIEW" to preview the card first and make any changes, if necessary. If you like how the card looks, click on "Send Now!" to send your Flavia E-card. (TOP)
How to Pickup a Flavia E-card
If someone has sent you a Movicard you will have received an
e-mail stating that a Movicard is waiting for you to view at
our site. In the
e-mail message, there will be a web page link (URL) which you
can click on to automatically view your card. AOL users may
not have this clickable link function so AOL users may have to
copy and paste this URL into their browsers. In
this same email notifying you that a Movicard is waiting for
you to view, there will also be a "Pickup Code" listed. You
can use this code to pickup your E-card directly from the
Flavia.com website. Just visit the Movicards Home Page
and enter your email addresss &
Pickup Code in the e-card Pickup area.
We
receive hundreds of emails each day from people who are
confused and cannot pick up a card, 99% of these people have
simply not read these instructions. Please review these
instruction a couple of times before you email
us.

the link in the email notice that you received or

Paste the
link into your browser or
- Paste the
Pick Up code and your email address into the form at Movicards Home Page
- If someone
has told you they have sent you a Movicard and you have not received the email notice from
us, it means that they did not send the card correctly and
there is no card waiting for you.They will have to resend it.
They most likely was a typo in the email address.
- If you have an unusual email
address it may well be that our system is not yet
sophisticated enough to support it. We are sorry for this
but we do our best to serve the greatest number of people we
can.

this free service, we are however happy to respond to your
email inquires but it will take us a few days so please be

Flavia E-card FAQ
Why can’t I view any of the greeting cards at Flavia.com?
All of our greeting cards are created using Macromedia’s Flash technology. You need to install the latest Flash Player in order to view the cards properly. CLICK HERE to download.
How long will I be able to view the card on Flavia.com?
Cards will remain on Flavia.com for 14 days after it is sent. During this time, cards can be retrieved as often as you like. Cards will be deleted automatically two weeks after they are sent.
What is the minimum hardware requirement to view your cards?
The recommended minimum requirements to view our card is Pentium 90 Mhz or equivalent or PowerPC (Macintosh). However, if you are able to successfully install the latest Flash plug-ins for your computer system, you should be able to view the cards.
Why should I sign up to your mailing list?
We notify our mailing list subscribers when new cards are added to our site. We also send our latest updates and promotions on our site. And it’s all for free!
Do I need to sign up to the Flavia mailing list in order to send greeting cards?
No. Our cards are free for everyone to use. Users don’t have to sign up for anything!
Do you sell my name or e-mail address to a third party distributor?
NO! Absolutely not! The information you provided to us is used only for Flavia.com. The information will help us to know how to better serve you by creating more relevant content for our site. (TOP)
